Fee Reminder

  • Bronze 2/Silver - Coaches fee for Candyland and State will be added in December and charged with January tuition.
  • Silver - Those that signed up for the Chow’s meet (IA) will have the meet registration and coaches fee added to their account in January to be charge with February tuition.
  • Gold/Platinum/Diamond - Second installment of meet fees added in December to be charged with January tuition. These fees do NOT include State, Regionals, or optional travel meet
  • Gold/Platinum/Diamond - Coaches fees for Holiday Spirit will be added in December and charged with January Tuition.
  • Gold/Platinum/Diamond - coaches fee for Iron Maiden and Chows will be added to your account in January and charged with February tuition.


Modified Practices

  • January 1st - No practice all levels - Happy New Year!
  • January 12th - No Practice Platinum/Diamond (Gold will have normal practice time)
  • January 15th - No Practice Gold - due to travel meet
  • February 1st - Gold to practice at the Main Gym this day

Annabelle is part of Jam Hops Gold team and was chosen because of her great attitude in the gym. Annabelle always has a smile on her face and is ready to work hard every day!

Competition Recap:

Bronze 2 and Silver State!

Bronze 2 placed 13th out of 37 teams!


Silver placed 4th out of 42 teams and hit their season high team score!


There were many State Champions and lots of top 10, but more importantly there were many personal best and goal achievements!


Great work to EVERYONE that competed! We are so proud of your accomplishments!


Gold/Platinum/Diamond:

Gold did very well on their first meet at the Holiday Spirit, taking 2nd as a team.

Platinum also had a great time and took 2nd as well!

Diamonds will compete for the first time at the Iron Maiden meet in January, we are so excited!

Due to popular demand, MN USAG has opened a second order for the state leotard. Click the picture if you would like to purchase a MN state leotard. Please list your athlete’s name and leotard size. Sign ups will need to be completed by January, 17th!

JAM HOPS‘ ANNUAL FUNDRAISER - Game ON!

this year... benefitting the Jam HOPE Foundation

This year's fundraiser, “Game On for HOPE”, will be an inclusive night for the

whole family to have some fun for a good cause. Our retro game night will include:


  • Family Game Show Competitions (all ages; kids 0-17 must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Open Gym (ages 0 - 18; kids 0-5 must be accompanied by an adult)
