• Self check in starts Monday, June 10th. Please make sure all athletes know how to check in at the tablets.
• Arrival to the gym- Please make sure athletes are not entering the gym on the expansion side through the rec vault area. All athletes should enter the gym by the red cubbies and then walk to the locker area.
• Tennis shoes should be worn or brought to every practice. As the weather gets nicer we will be using the running track outside.
• Water bottles should be brought to every practice. It takes a lot of time for the athletes to walk over to the drinking fountain every time they need a drink.
• Be sure to keep your body energized with healthy fuels. Bring a healthy snack to practice and drink plenty of water before, during, and AFTER practice.
• If you are going to miss practice, please let the coaches know.
  

NACE:

For the past 5 years JH boys team has volunteered at NACE food shelf. The boys have always had so much fun giving back to the community and working together as a team. We will be going back to NACE again this year on Thursday, June 27th. We are looking for 2 parent volunteers to help drive the athletes. Please let me know if you are available!

• 9:00-11:00am ALL groups arrive to the gym for a short practice
  
• 11:00-11:30am Team picnic. Please provide a lunch for your athlete
• 11:40am head over to NACE
• 12:00-2:00pm Volunteer time at NACE
• 2:00pm Pick up from NACE 18511 MN-65 East Bethel 55011

USAG FEES

USAG memberships will be expiring!! You will receive an email from USAG prompting you to purchase a 2024-2025 USAG membership by the first week of July. I will not be able to register your child for any competitions until this membership has been completed. Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns.

Favorite team memory: When we rented a big van and took part of the team to Iowa for the Region 4 clinic. He enjoyed traveling together and spending the weekend with his friends at the hotel and clinic!

Athlete of the Month

Congratulations William on receiving athlete of the month! William not only gives his all at every practice, he also puts in the extra work outside of practice! He is a great team motivator, always pushes himself and his teammates to try new skills, and always knows how to make everyone laugh! Way to go William! When you see him, make sure to congratulate him on all of his hard work!
