Important Dates:

  • Please send a HEALTHY snack to practice for break.
  • For the safety of both athletes and others, athletes are not allowed on equipment before the start of their practice, nor should they engage in jumping around. If athletes arrive early, please ensure they have something to do quietly at the lockers. Any athletes who cannot follow these requests will not be permitted to be dropped off early or may be required to wait in the viewing area chairs until a coach calls them out for practice.
  • Proper gymnastics attire is important for the athlete and coaches safety. Baggy shirts and shorts should not be worn to practice. Appropriate attire includes unitards, tight fitted shirts, and shorts not longer than their knees.
  • Please bring tennis shoes and a water bottle to every practice. As the weather begins to warm up, we will be using the outdoor running track and proper running shoes will be required. The athletes are more than welcome to keep an extra pair in their lockers if they would like.

Athlete of the Month!

Congratulations to our level 5, Waylon Lee!

Age: 10

Favorite Color: Red

Favorite Event: Floor

Favorite Team Memory: On Valentines Day last year he received a team picture from a teammate that said “Happy Friendship Day. He loved getting that picture and still has it hanging up by his fridge today!

Waylon is one of those athletes that comes in every day ready to work. He is super helpful to the coaches by helping set up stations and helpful to the athletes by being a great demonstrator and leader. He loves helping others and his character is one of a kind. When you see Waylon, make sure to congratulate him!

Self Check-in

Self Check-In at Jam Hops - Blaine/Ham Lake Has Moved

Starting June 10th, please have all team athletes use the tablets in the lobby to check in prior to every practice. The athletes will just need to know the primary phone number on your account then check in to the class for that day. If they have any issues the CCR’s can help assist them until they get the hang of it. Thank you!

When you come in the front doors, look to your left for Self Check-In, rather than right at the Customer Care Desk.

Please remember to complete Self Check-In every time you come to Jam Hops. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
