- January 15th: Practice 9am-1pm Level 6 -10 (all athletes that regularly practice on Mondays) at Main gym

The coaches will be having dinner at the Pizza Ranch with any athletes and families that would like to to Join on Thursday, January 12 at 6:30pm at the Pizza Ranch near the hotel. The address is 4954 86th St. Urbandale, IA. If you plan to join us, please use the link below to sign up and let us know how many people.

Congratulations to all of our Level 3-5 athletes on a great season! There were so many personal bests at state, and we are so proud of all of the girls!!

Fee Reminder
All level 3-5 athletes that are not currently part of the booster club will be receiving an email that will have the fees due for all meets for the season except the travel meet. The travel meet fees will be added after the meet and all fees will be split in half and added to February and March autopay.

JAM HOPS‘ ANNUAL FUNDRAISER - Game ON!
this year... benefitting the Jam HOPE Foundation
This year's fundraiser, “Game On for HOPE”, will be an inclusive night for the
whole family to have some fun for a good cause. Our retro game night will include:
- Family Game Show Competitions (all ages; kids 0-17 must be accompanied by an adult)
- Open Gym (ages 0 - 18; kids 0-5 must be accompanied by an adult)
- Dinner (Jimmy John’s sub, bottled water, chips, & cookie included)
- Dance Party featuring DJ Kenny
- Silent Auction (ages 18+)
- Carnival Games
- Retro Video Gaming Room
